This Rose is dedicataed to the Memory of Lionel Groves 18th October 1919 to 9th June 2000. The Very Dear and Much Loved Husband of Joan and a Wonderful and Loving Father to Wes and Lesley.

Never was there a Braver Man who is Sadly Missed but Forever in our Thoughts.

The lionel-groves-memory rose was planted in our public rose garden in 2010.
